People usually like to travel abroad during Christmas holidays. I prefer spending this time in Slovenia. Christmas Eve at home in Ljubljana was very nice. As always we had good diner with my ladies. For New Yers`s Celebration I got guest from Belgium. My good friend David. We had party in house in the center of Ski Resort Kranjska Gora. He found Slovenia very interesting and will come during the summer definitely.

At the beginning of the week I came back from my trip to Lichtenstein. I was traveling there with my car. First time I was also GPS equipped so I didn’t have any navigation problems. It was mostly visit of my good friend who is living there. Lichtenstein is tiny country between Switzerland and Austria, surrounded by mountains. There is strong banking and consulting business. Local enterpreneurs organized interesting meeting with representative of one of the biggest Venture Capital networks in German speaking world. Their name is BrainesToVentures (b-to-v).
We have been doing there also some snowboarding in Arlberg, St. Anton, Lech in Austria and also in Malbun, Lichtenstein sky center. Visiting Zurich and Chur in Switzerland

Last week I opened personal firm. Core activity is entrepreneurial and business consulting. Nowadays I am challenging with international business issues in practice. I have to also put in order accounting, web page and other formalities. On Tuesday evening I am going this year already third time in Finland, where we have to discuss some issues with our partners.

Visit of family Šekoranja private wine cellar was one of the best experiences last year. They are boutique wine producers located in eastern part of Slovenia named Bizeljsko, there is highest . This is in their family already for few hundred years. They are world known producer of quality wines. Bill Clinton is buying their wine for his private collection and what is even more prestigious. Their wines are on first wine list in restaurant Alain Ducasse At the Essex house in New York and in United Nations. We tasted 7 different types of white wines and 2 desert wines. I prefer red wine. On recommendation of Mr. Janez Šekoranja, owner of Graben Wine we bought few bottles. I took also one bottle Of Gamay 2001 for my wine collection.

When stocks are high sell them, when they are low buy them. This is a proved tactic for investing in stock market. What is threat for somebody is from other prospective opportunity for another one. But what we need for that. Available financial resources on our account when is bear trend, right information and most of all iron nerves, because it is difficult to predict how low stocks can go. We can observe ex. Yugoslavian markets. Because stocks in those prices had correction in last few month, investors, who went all in got gray hair. To avoid similar situation is needed diversification of assets. It gives us opportunity to move financial resources when is needed and buying cheap. When money in the game is bigger we can invest even just 10% of investment in specific market.
Investment in stocks is not recommended to be higher than 100 – your age. For example. I have 22 years so it is recommended that I don’t put in stocks more than 78% of my wealth. I like to take risk some time. So even if I improved myself a bit I couldn’t go lower than 84%.
In economy is present process of stabilization. Less developed economies are growing faster than developed one. It is similar with stocks. Two simple indicators for stocks are price of fuel and interest rate.
My favorite investments are in telecommunication, pharmaceutical and energetic field. In future I will take into consideration alternative energy and nanotechnology.

I have to organize educational excursion abroad for my business partners first time in my career. We will establish school for entrepreneurs in Slovenia. This will be first of that kind in this part of Europe.
Time management is important because I have also few other running projects. And I have to divide working day among them. To make all the tasks on time I have to organize my time better those days. I started to wake up a bit earlier. So I can use mornings better. It fits me well, because I am morning person.
At the moment I am planning my tasks in Microsoft Outlook. We are developing management system Firefly, which will be fully compatible with it. So my tasks will be organized even better and I will be able to contact my partners with one press of mouse. This is just one of various benefits, which Firefly will bring me.
Why to cooperate with Microsoft? Most of businesses use their software. Why not to make their work more efficient without difficult adoption.

Friends’s father will have soon his 50th birthday. When people have already almost everything what they need, is difficult to find innovative present, which will really make birthday hero happy. Solution for his father has been just found. Toy for adult boy. He is really enthusiastic hunter and fisherman. So here is equipment which makes even fishing high tech. Good combination of spending time in nature and enthusiasm for technology. It makes also wife happy, because husband is not all day long fishing on boat and at the cottage will be new entertainment.

More and more young people would like to be high tech entrepreneurs nowadays. High tech firms have high potential of growth. If they properly cross the chasm. They can make serious money with reaching mass market. Many of those firms are very suspicious in initial phase. They are afraid of competition. Still swimming in Red Oceans instead in Blue Oceans.
Colleagues from Slovenia, young entrepreneurs established limited company named Niteo. 4 people with similar interest joined. But nobody really didn’t know what they are doing. Since now. I noticed first PR action of their marketing guy Matej Merljak. We will see how guys will be successful in the future. Please do not hide your projects because you are afraid of competition. Put them on the table. And create your own web page for proper presentation of your firm.
